The future’s energy forms in Rogaland
IRIS is working together with Polytec, Rogaland County Council, Greater Stavanger Economic Development, Lyse and Haugaland Kraft on a project for fact based analyses of the futures energy mix in Rogaland, in relation to the climatic profile and costs. The project will prepare a knowledge base for an integrated energy policy, including the ability to harmonise renewable and environmentally friendly non-renewable energy sources with innovative technologies and systems, and minimise energy usage. The project will set up current status, an overview of possible future solutions and recommendations for future energy compositions based on structured expert groups.
