Working life, learning and management
Organisational learning and (change) management constitute both key theoretical problems and success criteria for the survival of organisations and institutions. Party co-operation and participation are also important research topics within this field. Our work-related research is extensive and has a long history. Our projects often take place in close co-operation with the corporate sector and various regional and public sector participants. Research perspectives and projects may vary from straightforward basic research to more specific development and improvement projects.
