Mohammad Mansouri holds BSc and MSc degrees in Chemical Engineering from Sharif University of Technology, Iran and a PhD degree in Energy Systems Engineering from the University of Stavanger (2014). He has worked as a research engineer at IRIS since 2014 and is currently a postdoctoral fellow in the New Energy and Risk Management group.
His main research interests include integration, modeling, simulation and analysis of green technologies and energy systems with particular emphasis on carbon capture and storage. He is currently involved in different projects in the context of risk assessment for high-temperature geothermal, and oil and gas applications.
