Abstract:
: An amperometric enzyme-based biosensor for the sensitive screening of ;alkylphenol and PAH exposure in fish bile is described. Horseradish peroxidase ;was used as biorecognition element and was immobilised through glutaraldehyde ;cross-linking onto disposable screen-printed carbon electrodes. The sensor was ;optimised in batch mode and hence tested for the analysis of reference and ;exposed fish bile samples. ;;;;;;;;;;;;
