About Asbjørn

A. Bergheim was formerly employed as scholar and researcher within the field wild salmonids and pollution effects (Fish Research Division, DWF, Norway 1973-83). Over the last 30 years, his major fields have been aquaculture related issues in Norway (salmonids) and in some SW Asian countries (prawns) emphasizing intensification of farming systems, water treatment and environmental effects from aquaculture. Consultancy projects within this sector are representing a major part of the entire activity.
