Temporary Flow Loops

Temporary flowloops can readily be arranged in the large area available around Ullrigg and connected to our mud pumps to meet most customer needs regarding flow and volume. Examples can be prolonged circulation testing of tools, either standalone or inside a casing and LCM Material compatibility tests on tools. We can also configure the test fluid to contain a specific amount of abrasive additives to facilitate erosion testing. Test loop components will be adapted to best meet what the customer want to achieve. Here we can offer years of experience and recommended test setups including flowmeters, chokes, various pressure, differential pressure and temperature transmitters all connected to our extensive data acquisition systems capable of 24/7 logging.
